Tarakan city has the potential of marine biological resources that are very abundant such as fish, shrimp, seaweed and even jellyfish. Jellyfish is one aquatic commodities found in almost all waters Indonesia. a source nutrient-rich foods give high economic value. This due to lack information about nutritional content The purpose this study determine proximate fresh dry Rhizostoma Pulmo research method using purposive sampling which followed jellyfish (R. pulmo) Amal Lama Beach, sample preparation, calculation yield analysis. Protein testing Semi Kjeldahl method, lemk Soxhlet water gravimetric measuring carbohydrate by different method. Based on Proximat dried consist 96,2% content, 1% ash 34,5% protein 12,5% fat 47,9% content. Proximate levels 58,78% is, 11 % 46,3 1.5% 39,9%
